If your project plan payment fails for any reason, automatic payment retry attempts will be processed every few days.

Payment Failure During Automatic Plan Renewal

When you subscribe to a project plan, it will automatically renew at your current plan level unless you manually upgrade or downgrade.

If your payment fails during automatic renewal for any reason, the system will automatically retry the payment every few days. If the retry payment succeeds, your plan will begin.

If your payment fails, please check your credit card status (expiration date, spending limit, etc.) and register a different credit card if necessary.

If payments fail a certain number of times, your subscription will end and your site will automatically become private.

If multiple consecutive payment attempts fail and your site becomes private

In this case, you'll need to subscribe to a plan again and republish your site:

  1. Subscribe to a plan again

  2. Complete the payment

  3. If you were using a custom domain, reconnect your domain

  4. Republish your site
