About Downgrading Your Plan

The service fees are automatically renewed and billed based on the contract date (upgrade date) according to the contract period (monthly/annual). When you downgrade during the contract period, the downgrade will not take effect immediately. Instead, it will automatically switch to the downgraded plan upon reaching the plan's expiration date.

You can continue to use the current plan until the downgrade is executed, and you can cancel the downgrade request at any time before it takes effect.

Steps to Downgrade

1. Select Your Project

After logging in to STUDIO, click on the project you want to downgrade from the project list.

2. Open Plans & Payments

Go to the dashboard and open the Plans & Billing tab.

3. Click the Downgrade Button

Click the "Downgrade to Free" or "Downgrade" button.

4. Confirm Details

Read the notes displayed, check the box, and click "Next". The notes will vary depending on the plans before and after the downgrade.

Confirm the details, such as the project name, and click "Downgrade".

When completed, "Completed!" will be displayed, and the current plan will show "Downgraded".
