Handling Payment Failures
If your payment fails, automatic retry attempts will be made every few days. This process will continue even if you update your registered credit card. If the payment succeeds during this period, the plan will renew automatically. Please update your payment information as needed.
When Multiple Payment Attempts Fail and the Plan Ends
If the payment fails a certain number of times, the subscription will automatically terminate, and you will no longer be able to manage members and guests or add or unlink projects.
To resume using the workspace, you will need to re-subscribe to the plan. Please be aware of this in advance. Re-subscription can be done by the workspace owner from the top page of the relevant workspace.
