Handling Failed Payments
If your payment fails, an automatic retry will occur every few days. This will also apply if you update your registered credit card.
If the payment succeeds during this period, the visitor add-on will be automatically renewed. Please update your payment information as necessary.

For projects on legacy plans, while the dashboard displays "Visitor," the actual measurement is being calculated using PV (page views). To check detailed page view trends, please refer to the "PV Count" in your analytics dashboard. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system migration process. Please note that there are no changes to the measurement logic, and counting will continue to work as it has previously.
Note: The same payment information is used for your project's plan payments. When it comes time to pay for your plan, the payment will be processed using the same details.
