What to do if your payment fails
If a payment fails, Studio.Design will automatically retry the payment every few days. Retries will continue even if you update your registered credit card.
If a payment succeeds during this period, your Visitor add-on will be automatically renewed. Please update your payment information as needed.
For users on legacy plans (Starter, CMS, or the old Business plan)

For projects on legacy plans, although the dashboard displays "Visitor," usage is actually measured in PV (page views). To check detailed PV trends, please refer to "PV count" in the analytics dashboard. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system migration. Please note that there are no changes to the measurement logic, and counts will continue as before.
Note: Since your project's plan payment uses the same payment information, plan fees will also be charged when their billing date arrives. For details on what happens when a plan payment fails, see What happens if my project's plan payment fails?
