Limits and billing when you cancel the Visitor add-on
When you cancel the Visitor add-on, your expanded limit stays in effect until your next renewal date. Once the renewal date arrives, the expanded limit ends.
For example, if your plan renews automatically on the 1st of each month and you cancel the add-on on September 20, 2024, the expanded limit will continue to apply through September 30, 2024.
Because the expanded limit remains active after cancellation, we don't issue refunds for the remaining time until your renewal date.

For projects on legacy plans, your dashboard displays "Visitors," but the actual measurement is based on PVs (page views).
To see detailed PV trends, check the "PV" section in your analytics dashboard.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system migration. Please note that there are no changes to the measurement logic—counts work the same way as before.
