About switching Visitor add-ons
You can't switch directly from the 1 million Visitor add-on to the 400,000 Visitor add-on. To make the change, you'll need to cancel your current 1 million Visitor add-on first, then subscribe to the 400,000 Visitor add-on.
Even after canceling, your extended visitor limit will remain in effect until your next renewal date. For example, if your subscription auto-renews on the 1st of each month and you cancel the add-on on September 20, 2024, the extended limit will still apply through September 30, 2024.

For projects on legacy plans, the dashboard displays "Visitors," but the actual measurement is based on PV (page views).
To check detailed PV trends, please refer to the "PV count" section of the Analytics dashboard.
