Can I cancel the Visitor add-on if my monthly visitor count is over the limit?

No. If your project has the Visitor add-on enabled and your monthly visitor count is over the limit, you can't cancel the add-on until you're back under the limit.

Stopping the Visitor add-on

If your project's Visitor count has exceeded the limit, you can't stop the Visitor add-on for that project. Once your Visitor count is back within the limit in the following month or later, you can go ahead and stop the add-on.

For users on legacy plans (Starter, CMS, and old Business)

For projects on legacy plans, the dashboard displays "Visitor," but the actual measurement is based on PV (page views).

To see detailed PV trends, check the "PV count" section in the Analytics dashboard.
