About the Visitor add-on and how to set it up
The Visitor add-on lets you increase your project's monthly Visitor (session) limit and guarantees up to 1,000 concurrent connections per second. It's available on the Business Plus plan and higher, helping you keep your site running smoothly even during traffic spikes.

For customers on legacy plans
For projects on legacy plans (Starter, CMS, and the old Business plan), the dashboard shows "Visitor," but the actual measurement is based on PV (page views). To check detailed PV trends, please refer to the "PV count" in the Analytics dashboard.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system migration. There's no change to the measurement logic, so the count is the same as before.
Visitor add-on types and pricing
There are two types of Visitor add-ons. You can also combine them.

* When you use a Visitor add-on, 1,000 concurrent connections per second are guaranteed.
* You can combine both the 400,000 and 1,000,000 Visitor add-ons with the Business Plus plan (which has a default limit of 1,000,000 Visitors) to expand your monthly Visitor cap to up to 2,400,000. (Concurrent connection limits aren't combined.)
How to add an add-on
Tip: Only the project's Owner or Billing Owner can add an add-on.
Open [Plan & Billing] from the dashboard of the target project.
Open [Add-ons].
Select the Visitor add-on you want to add.
In the lower-left of the dashboard, open the arrow next to your current plan to confirm that the Visitor limit has been increased.
How to pause (cancel) an add-on
Note: About pausing the Visitor add-on
Pausing an add-on doesn't cancel it right away. You can keep using the add-on until your next renewal date, when the cancellation takes effect. No refunds are issued for the remaining time between pausing and your renewal date.
Open [Plan & Billing] from the dashboard of the target project.
Open [Add-ons].
Click [Pause] on the Visitor add-on you want to stop.

How to resume an add-on
Even after you pause an add-on, you can resume it any time before your next renewal date (when the cancellation would take effect).
Open [Plan & Billing] from the dashboard of the target project.
Open [Add-ons].
Click [Resume] on the Visitor add-on you want to restart.
* After the renewal date, you can't resume — you'll need to subscribe again. Please repeat the steps to add the add-on.
