PV Limits and Payments When Cancelling the PV Add-on

When you cancel the PV Add-on, the increased limit will continue until the renewal date of your subscription. Once the renewal date is reached, the expanded limit will end.

Specifically, for a contract that renews automatically on the 1st of every month, if you cancel the add-on on September 20, 2024, the expanded limit will apply until September 30, 2024.

Since the limit expansion continues even after cancellation, no refund will be provided for the remaining period until the renewal date.
