Visitor Limits and Payments When Cancelling the Visitor Add-on
When you cancel the Visitor Add-on, the increased limit will continue until the renewal date of your subscription. Once the renewal date is reached, the expanded limit will end.
Specifically, for a contract that renews automatically on the 1st of every month, if you cancel the add-on on September 20, 2024, the expanded limit will apply until September 30, 2024.
Since the limit expansion continues even after cancellation, no refund will be provided for the remaining period until the renewal date.

For projects on legacy plans, while the dashboard displays "Visitor," the actual measurement is being calculated using PV (page views). To check detailed page view trends, please refer to the "PV Count" in your analytics dashboard.
