Tips: About CMS Published Item Count This refers to the total number of CMS items with status set to Published, Scheduled, or Has Changes.

Automatic Adjustments During Downgrade

When you downgrade your plan, CMS published items exceeding the new plan's limit will automatically be set to "draft" status, starting with the oldest created items.

CMS items that become drafts due to downgrading will remain in your dashboard as data and can be edited at any time.

You can republish these items after upgrading your plan or by setting other items to draft to stay within the limit.

Note: There are also limits on the number of models. If you exceed the model limit, models with the fewest items will be set to draft first to meet the new plan's limits.
