CMS Published Item Limits by Plan
The number of items you can manage in CMS varies by plan. This article explains the published item limits for each plan and how to check your current usage.
What are Published Items?
Each piece of content managed in CMS, such as blog posts or news articles, is called a "CMS Item". The "Published Items Count" is the total number of items with the following statuses:
Published
Scheduled
Has Changes
Published Item Limits by Plan
Here are the limits for each plan. Note that these limits don't reset monthly - they represent the total maximum at any time.

Legacy Plan Limits
Legacy Plan Limits
For legacy plans subscribed before November 30, 2024, the limits are as follows. Note that in legacy plans, published collections also count toward the published item limit.
Free: 100
Starter: 10
CMS: 2,000
Business: 10,000
When you reach the limit, you can either unpublish unnecessary items or upgrade your plan to publish or schedule new items.
How to Check Your Published Item Count
You can check your current plan and published item count at the bottom left of your CMS dashboard.
