How Visitor Counts Work
A "Visitor" is counted every time someone accesses your public site. However, moving between pages on your site doesn’t increase the count.
For example, if someone views your "Home" page and then navigates to your "Contact Us" page, it’s still counted as one Visitor.
Visitor counts are updated daily and reflect the total for each project from the 1st to the end of the month. You can find this data right on your dashboard.
Visitor Limits by Plan
Monthly visitor (session) limits for published sites vary by plan.Exceeding the limit won't immediately make your website inaccessible. However, if the excess continues, we will contact you and gradually suspend website publication.
If you expect to exceed the limit, consider upgrading your plan. For cases exceeding 400,000 visitors, please upgrade to the Business Plus plan and add the Visitor addon. For more information, see Visitor Addon Overview and Setup Guide.
Plan | Monthly Visitor Limit |
Free | 2,000 |
Mini | 2,000 |
Personal | 20,000 |
Business | 400,000 |
Business Plus | 1,000,000 |
For Users on Legacy Plans
For Users on Legacy Plans
Legacy Plan Limits:
Free: Up to 10,000 PV/month
Starter: Up to 50,000 PV/month
CMS: Up to 100,000 PV/month
Business: Up to 1,000,000 PV/month
For projects on legacy plans (Starter, CMS, and former Business), while the dashboard displays "Visitor," the actual measurement is being calculated using PV (page views). To check detailed page view trends, please refer to the "PV Count" in your analytics dashboard.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system migration process. Please note that there are no changes to the measurement logic, and counting will continue to work as it has previously.
