Difference Between Guests and Project Members

You can only invite users as guests to a project when using a workspace. Inviting a user as a guest to a project allows for more detailed permission management on an action-by-action basis, such as publishing settings, which is different from a regular project member invitation. This requires a paid workspace plan.

Inviting guests is suitable when you want to set detailed permissions and invite users to a project.

A workspace is a feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) together. It enables centralized management of member invitations, permission settings, and plan payments.
