1 What is a Workspace Member?

A workspace member is a user invited to the workspace who has access to all projects within it. Invited users are assigned either the "Workspace Owner" or "Workspace Member" role. For more details, see [What are Workspace Owners and Members?].

2 Applicable Projects

There are no plan restrictions on projects, and projects from all plans can be added to the workspace.

3 What is a Guest?

A guest can only be invited to specific projects within the workspace. They cannot access the workspace management interface. For more details, see [What are Workspace Guests?].

4 What are Permission Restrictions?

You can restrict permissions for workspace members and guests on an operational level, such as editing rights in the editor.

5 What is a Seat?

Seats refer to the invitation slots for "Owners" and "Members" within the workspace. The additional member fees are calculated based on the number of seats. The base fee for the Team Plan includes three seats.

Tips: When you add a seat, an additional fee is charged at that time. For more details, see What happens to billing if I add or remove members during a paid workspace plan?.

Example of Fee Calculation

For example, under the following conditions, basic usage fees and additional member fees for 2 members would apply. Guests are not counted as Workspace members.

  • Workspace Plan: Team Plan (monthly payment)

  • Workspace Members: 5 (1 Owner, 4 Members)

  • Guests: 2

  • Managed Projects: CMS Plan (annual payment) x 5 projects

Additional Member Fees (Seats)

$36($18 × 2)
