Tips: What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) collectively. You can invite members, manage permissions, and handle plan payments all in one place.
Workspace Roles and Permissions
When inviting users to your workspace, you can assign them either an "Owner" or "Member" role. With a paid plan, you can also restrict permissions for each user based on specific actions, such as editing content.
What Are Workspace Roles?
Workspace owners and members have access to all projects linked to the workspace. Additionally, owners can manage the workspace.

Workspace Member Permissions
Each role has four permissions, and by default, there are no restrictions on these permissions. In paid plans, owners can restrict the permissions of members. For example, it is possible to restrict a member's publishing permissions, preventing them from performing publishing actions.
Permissions are set on a per-user basis, not per project. This means that permissions cannot be changed for individual projects, and users will have the same permissions across all projects managed within the workspace.
Tips: For guests, permissions can be restricted on a per-project basis.

Changing Roles and Permissions
Free Plan
You can change roles, but it’s not possible to restrict permissions for individual members.
Paid Plan
After inviting members, you can change their roles and permissions. Even within the same role, you can restrict permissions on an individual basis.
