What is the CMS Dashboard?
The CMS dashboard is a dedicated interface for managing all your content in one place. When using the CMS feature, you’ll create and manage your content here, then place it on your site via the design editor.

Here’s what you can do with the CMS dashboard:
Create and manage models, items, and collections
Set publication statuses
Search and filter items
Manage properties (fields)
Accessing the CMS Dashboard
There are two ways to access the CMS Dashboard:
1. From the Design Editor
Click [CMS] in the top-left navigation.
2. From the Project Dashboard
Click the [CMS] tab.
Basic Layout
The CMS Dashboard consists of three main elements:
Models: Content categories like "News" or "Works"
Items: Individual pieces of content within models
Collections: Curated groups of specific items within a model
You can manage various types of data beyond these, such as products and writers.
Managing Items
List View Operations
1. Edit Item Properties
Double-click cells or use keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter) to edit properties.
2. Change Item Status
Click the status indicator ○] to the left of an item's title to toggle its status. For more about statuses, see CMS Status and Publication Timing.
3. Duplicate or Delete Items
Access these options from the three-dot menu that appears on hover.
4. Keyword Search
Use the search bar in the top-right to find items by keyword.
Detail View Operations
Open an item's detail view for individual editing. For more about editing, see Items.
To access the detail view:
1. Click the arrow button on an item row
2. Edit in the detail view that opens
Managing Properties
Customizing Display
1. Toggle Visibility
Click property names to hide them.
Restore hidden properties using the [+] button in the top-right.
2. Adjust Column Width
Resize column widths and reorder properties via drag-and-drop for optimal editing layout.
3. Sort by Publication Date/Last Updated (Article-type models only)
Click the arrow icons or titles to sort in ascending or descending order.
4. Manual Sorting (Non-article models)
Drag and drop items using the handle that appears on hover.
Using Filters
1. Filter by Status
Filter items by status (published, draft, scheduled, etc.).
2. Filter by Property
Check boxes to filter by specific property values.
