Project Member Invitations
You can invite members to collaborate on your projects, with real-time visibility of member activities on screen.

A project is like a file that manages your site's design and data. You create your site by adding pages within the project.
Member Invitation Limits
There's no limit to the number of users you can invite. However, projects with more than 50 members might experience performance issues. If you notice any concerns, please contact chat support.
Invitation Steps
1. Open the member invitation screen
Access the project dashboard settings.
2. Enter the invitation email address
You can send invitations to email addresses that haven't created accounts yet.
3. Select a role
When inviting members, choose one of these roles. For more details about roles, see Project Member Role Management:
Owner
Editor
4. Click the invite button
The invitation is complete. An invitation email will be sent to the specified address.
If the invited person doesn't have a Studio account, they can register through the email link and join the project immediately.
Changing Roles
1. Open the member management screen
Access the project dashboard settings.
2. Change the member's role
Removing Members
To remove someone from a project, delete them from the member list. This requires an Owner role or higher.
1. Open the member management screen
Access the project dashboard settings.
2. Click the three-dot menu
Select [Remove from Project] to remove the member.
Canceling Invitations
If you entered the wrong email or 24 hours have passed, you can cancel and resend invitations. This requires an Owner role or higher.
1. Open the member management screen
Access the project dashboard settings.
2. Click the three-dot menu
Select [Remove from Project] to cancel the member invitation.
