Inviting and Managing Workspace Guests

This section explains the procedures for inviting guests to a workspace, changing their permissions, and removing them.

Tips: What is a Workspace?
A feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) together. You can centrally manage member invitations, permissions, and payment plans.

Inviting and Managing Guests

You can invite guests to projects linked to the workspace. Only the workspace owner can invite and manage guests.

What is a Guest?

In the paid plans of a workspace, you can invite users as guests to specific projects linked to the workspace. Guests do not have access to the workspace itself but can only access the projects they are invited to. This is useful when you want to invite external collaborators to specific projects only. For more details, please refer to What is a Workspace Guest?.

Invitation Steps

1. Open the Project Invitation Menu

To invite members to your project, first, access the project and click the [+] button located in the top right corner of the screen. You can search for the members you want to invite or enter their email addresses to select them.

You can also invite members from the [Members] section on the Home Dashboard. Simply switch to the [Guest] tab and click [Invite Guest].

2. Click [+ Invite Guest]

Switch to the [Guest] tab and click [+ Invite Guest]. Search for the member you want to invite or enter their email address and select the member.

3. Add the Guest

Click [Invite] to send the invitation email. You can invite email addresses that do not have a Studio account, which will be shown as [Pending].

Note: If the user is already a member of the Workspace, they cannot be invited as a guest. Remove them as a member first, then proceed with the invitation.

Additionally, it is possible to invite guests when adding an existing project to a workspace. For the procedure, please refer to How to Add an Existing Project to a Workspace.

Managing Guests

Guest List

Open the [Guest] tab from the workspace member list. Here, you can view a list of guests participating in projects linked to the workspace.

Checking Project Participation and Permissions

Selecting a guest will display their details page. Here, you can check the projects they are participating in and their permission status for each project.

Changing Permissions

1. Open the Workspace Members List

Select the Workspace and click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Removing Guests

Guests can be removed from the guest list in the Workspace or the member list in the project. Guests cannot remove themselves.

Removing from the Workspace Guest List

Select the Workspace and click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click the [•••] button next to the guest's name and select [Remove from Project].

Removing from the Project Member List

Open the project, click the [+] icon in the upper right corner, and select [Remove from Project].
