Tips: What is a Workspace?
A feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) together. You can centrally manage member invitations, permissions, and payment plans.

What is a Guest?

In the paid plans of a workspace, you can invite users as guests to specific projects linked to the workspace. Guests do not have access to the workspace itself but can only access the projects they are invited to. This is useful when you want to invite external collaborators to specific projects only.

Guest Permissions

Guests have four types of permissions for each action. By default, access to public settings and form viewing is restricted, but you can freely enable or disable (restrict) these permissions after inviting a guest.

For details on how to manage guest invitations and permissions, please refer to Inviting and Managing Workspace Guests.

Default Permission Settings:

Publishing Settings (can publish, update, and set custom domains for the site)

Editor Editing (can edit in the design editor)

CMS Editing (can edit and publish in the CMS dashboard)

View Form Responses (can view form response results)

Tips: When the publishing settings are enabled, publishing actions can only be performed from within the editor.
