About Automatic Payment Retries

If your payment fails for any reason, the system will automatically retry the payment every few days. This process will also apply if you change your credit card after the initial failure. If your payment fails, please check the status of your credit card and register a different credit card if necessary. Your plan will start once the payment is successfully processed through the retry.

If the payment fails a certain number of times, your subscription will end and your site will automatically be unpublished.

If your subscription ends and your site is unpublished, you will need to subscribe to the plan again. Additionally, if you had published your site with a custom domain, please reconnect the custom domain to make your site public again.
