Each plan has a maximum limit for viewable responses in the dashboard. These limits do not include responses submitted through live preview.

This restriction is applied to the entire project, even if the project has multiple forms.

The responses received in excess of the limit will not be visible on your dashboard or in your notification email.

Responses will be stored in Studio database and can be accessed by deleting unwanted responses to free up space, or by upgrading your plan to remove the restriction.

If you manually delete responses to open up space, the display limits will be lifted in the order of their arrival, starting with the responses that arrived first.
