Limitation on the number of form results displayed
The number of responses you can see on the form is limited to the following per project:
Free Plan … Up to 10
Starter Plan … Up to 1,000
CMS / Business Plan … Up to 10,000
This restriction is applied to the entire project, even if the project has multiple forms.
The responses received in excess of the limit will not be visible on your dashboard or in your notification email.
How to remove the restrictions
Responses will be stored in STUDIO database and can be accessed by deleting unwanted responses to free up space, or by upgrading your plan to remove the restriction.
If you manually delete responses to open up space, the display limits will be lifted in the order of their arrival, starting with the responses that arrived first.
