Managing Form Responses

By using Studio's form feature, you can view and manage responses to placed forms directly from the project dashboard.

In the dashboard, responses are organized by form name and can be managed by status.

Tip: Setting View Restrictions You can set view restrictions for form responses for each member. Use Editor View Restrictions, workspaces, or Writer Permissions to restrict access.

Viewing Form Responses

When you open the form dashboard, you will see the form names listed on the left side. Click on a form name to view the responses.

Note: If you change an item name midway, it will be aggregated as a separate column.

Tip: If the same form name is placed in multiple locations on the site, the dashboard will aggregate responses as a single form. To manage multiple forms separately, change the form names before placing them on the page.

Searching Form Responses

In the form dashboard, you can search for specific responses using the free text search. For selection items, you can filter using the filtering icon. You can also sort responses by date, either newest to oldest or oldest to newest.

Click on the response you want to view to open a detail modal where you can see more details. You can also download all responses in CSV format from the three-dot menu.

Managing Responses by Status

Select a response and click the status at the top of the list to change its status and move it.

Permanently Deleting Responses

Responses with the status "Trash" will display a "Permanently Delete" button in the list view or detail modal. Click this button to delete the response.

Customizing the Dashboard

Statuses

You can freely add, delete, and rearrange statuses from the "Settings" menu, indicated by a gear icon.

List Display Items

You can change the items displayed in the list from the "Settings" menu.

Note:

  • About the daily limit for receiving form responses

To prevent misuse, there is a limit of 5,000 responses per project per day. Responses submitted beyond this limit will not be saved on the server and will be lost.

  • About responses exceeding the plan limit

Even if the number of form responses exceeds the plan limit, data will be saved as long as it does not exceed the daily limit of 5,000 responses. However, you cannot view them in the dashboard. In this case, delete unnecessary responses to display new ones or upgrade your plan.
