CMS
CMS
CMS
CMS stands for Content Management System.
A website is made up of two main elements: visual design and content. A CMS separates the content from the design, stores it in a database, and manages it from there.
Since content is updated directly in the database, you can add and edit content without any design or coding knowledge.
A CMS is well suited for content that's regularly added or updated using the same design — such as news, blogs, columns, and case studies.

CMS item
CMS item
A CMS item is a single piece of content data (for example, one article or one team member) within a CMS model. Each CMS item is made up of related information such as a title, body text, and images (CMS properties).

CMS model
CMS model
A CMS model is a framework for managing the same type of content data (CMS items) together.
For example, if you're managing news and IR articles on a corporate site with Studio CMS, you'd typically set things up like this:
Create a CMS model to manage all your published articles.
Within that CMS model, add each news, press release, or IR article as a "CMS item."
For each CMS item, set related information such as the title, body, publish date, image, and category as "CMS properties."
With Studio.Design, you can publish CMS items registered in a CMS model as a list page or article page, like the news page on the Studio corporate site.
When managing multiple types of content, create a separate CMS model for each use case.

CMS property
CMS property
A CMS property is a piece of related information added to a CMS item.
You can flexibly add different types of information to each item — such as text, images, numbers, colors, or selects — and use them for design and layout in the design editor.
You can also use the feature that references another model and registers it as a property (a reference property) to create a relationship between models and link them dynamically.

DNS
DNS
DNS (Domain Name System) is the system that manages and operates domain names on the internet.
It translates human-readable "domain names" (like studio.inc) into "IP addresses" (like 34.111.141.225) that computers understand, making it easy to access websites.
To publish a Studio.Design site using a custom domain, you'll need to configure your DNS to link your domain name with Studio.Design's IP address.

Dynamic page
A dynamic page is a page whose content changes based on linked data (such as Studio CMS) or set conditions.
When a user visits the page, the latest available data is referenced, and text or images update accordingly. Dynamic pages are ideal for frequently updated content where you need to swap out content within the same design — such as blog posts or announcements.
While standard pages always show the same content, dynamic pages update based on data changes or conditions.

URLs can take formats like "example.com" or "example.jp." You can choose any text for the example portion, and you can also pick the domain extension at the end.
Once you've registered a domain, you can keep using it even if you change your server or service.
