In this article, we will explain how to downgrade your plan and the important points to keep in mind. For details on the pricing plans, please refer to the Workspace Pricing Plans.
Tips: What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) collectively. You can invite members, manage permissions, and handle plan payments all in one place.
About Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time during the contract period, but you must first adjust the number of workspace guests and projects to fit within the Free Plan limits. Downgrading is not possible if these limits are exceeded. Please note that once you downgrade, the plan will switch immediately.
Plans renew automatically, so if you wish to cancel without renewal, please downgrade before the renewal date.
Even if you downgrade with remaining time on your contract, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your payment. Please be aware of this in advance.
Changes to Permissions
When you downgrade, any restrictions on permissions will revert to the default settings. For example, if you had restricted CMS operations for a member role, the plan will switch to the default setting (allowing CMS operations) as soon as the downgrade takes effect.
