What are Text Styles?
Text Styles let you manage text settings — like font, size, letter spacing, and line height — all in one place. Once you've registered a Text Style, you can apply it to any new text with a single click, making your design workflow much more efficient.
Note: Text Styles cannot be applied to Rich Text Boxes.
Use cases
Keep a consistent tone across your entire site
By registering Text Styles for headings and body text ahead of time, you won't need to redo settings for each page — keeping a consistent look and feel across your site.
Organize frequently used styles
Register headings, body text, captions, and more as Text Styles so you can quickly pick them from a list. This saves you the hassle of adjusting fonts and sizes individually every time.
Unified Text Style management for team projects
Using shared Text Styles within a project prevents inconsistencies between team members' settings.
Point: When you copy & paste a text box with a registered style to another project
The text is pasted with all its style settings (size, font, etc.) intact.
The style is not automatically registered as a Text Style in the new project.
If you want to manage the pasted style as a Text Style, you'll need to register it again in the destination project.
