Account and Project

To create and manage websites in Studio.Design, you need to register for an account. After registration, create a project to build, manage, and operate your website.

In Studio.Design, "Account" and "Project" are separate concepts with different roles. An account is used to manage your personal information and login credentials, while a project is a unit of work for creating and managing websites.

The image shows: Projects 1-4, each using different plans. Each project can have one or more accounts participating, and paid plans must have a payment owner. Each project is connected to one website.

Account Role

  • Identifies individual users who use Studio.Design.

  • Login information (email address, social media connections, etc.) is managed per account.

  • One account can create multiple projects. You can also join multiple projects as an invited member.

Project Role

  • A unit of work for building and managing websites.

  • Only one publishable website per project.

  • You can invite team members to collaborate on each project.

  • Plan pricing and domain settings are managed per project.

Tips: When managing a project with multiple people, we recommend setting up multiple owner accounts.

This ensures project management can continue even if the project owner can no longer log in (due to password loss, leaving the company, etc.).
