Switching to PV Add-On
Switching from the PV Scale-Up Option to the PV Add-On is not automatic. Therefore, if you are currently using the PV Scale-Up Option and your monthly PV count exceeds the limit, please follow the steps below by September 30, 2024.
Stop using the PV Scale-Up Option
Upgrade to a higher plan according to your monthly PV count
If your monthly PV exceeds 1,000,000, upgrade to the Business Plan and add the "PV Add-On"
How to Stop Using the PV Scale-Up Option
1. Open [Plan & Payments]
Open the relevant project from the project list and access [Plan & Payments].
2. Click [Stop Using]
From the bottom of the pricing page, click [Stop Using] under the [PV Scale-Up Option], and follow the instructions displayed to stop the option.
Note:
If you exceed the PV limit, charges will be incurred at the beginning of the following month even if you stop the option.
If you downgrade your plan while the option is still active, the option will be automatically turned off on the next payment date.
Upgrade to a Higher Plan Based on Monthly PV Count
1. Check Your Current Monthly PV Count
You can check it in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
2. Select a Plan
Upgrade your plan according to your current plan and PV count.
For example, if you are on the Starter Plan with 80,000 PVs and have been paying for the excess with the PV Scale-Up Option, you should consider upgrading to the CMS Plan. For upgrade instructions, please refer to How to Upgrade Your Project Plan.

Free | Up to 10,000 PV/month |
Starter | Up to 50,000 PV/month |
CMS | Up to 100,000 PV/month |
Business | Up to 1,000,000 PV/month |
Enterprise | From 2,000,000 PV/month |
If Your Monthly PV Exceeds 1,000,000
If your monthly PV count exceeds 1,000,000, consider upgrading to the Business Plan and adding the PV Add-On. For the add-on procedure, please refer to the overview and setup instructions for PV Add-Ons.
