The PV Scale-Up Option is an additional feature that allows you to pay only for the extra costs based on your monthly PV count (as of the end of the month). It is suitable for situations where you expect a temporary increase in PVs due to campaigns or similar events.

Option Fees and Payment Methods

You will be charged $1 for every 2,000 PVs exceeded. On the 1st of each month, the project owner will be billed for the excess PVs from the previous month. Invoices and receipts can be downloaded from the payment notification email or from the “Payment History” page.

How to Stop Using the Option

To stop using the PV Scale-Up Option, click "Stop Using" in the "PV Scale-Up Option" section at the bottom of the Plan & Pricing page, and follow the instructions displayed.

Even if you stop using the option, if the PV limit is exceeded for the current month and option fees are incurred, the charges will be billed at the beginning of the next month.

Additionally, if you downgrade your plan while the option is enabled, the option will be turned off when the plan switches on the next payment date.
