Switching Visitor Add-Ons
Directly switching from the 1,000,000 Visitor Add-On to the 400,000 Visitor Add-On is not possible. To make this change, you must first cancel your existing 1,000,000 Visitor Add-On and then subscribe to the 400,000 Visitor Add-On.
Even after cancellation, the expanded Visitor limit will remain until the contract renewal date. For example, if your contract renews automatically on the 1st of each month and you cancel the add-on on September 20, 2024, the expanded limit will apply until September 30, 2024.

For Users on Legacy Plans
For projects on legacy plans (Starter, CMS, and former Business), while the dashboard displays "Visitor," the actual measurement is being calculated using PV (page views). To check detailed page view trends, please refer to the "PV Count" in your analytics dashboard. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system migration process. Please note that there are no changes to the measurement logic, and counting will continue to work as it has previously.
