How to Upgrade Your Workspace Plan

Step-by-step guide and related FAQs for upgrading your Workspace plan.

This article explains the steps and considerations for upgrading your plan. For detailed pricing information, please refer to Workspace Pricing.

A feature that allows you to manage multiple projects (sites) together. You can centrally manage member invitations, permissions, and payment plans.

Steps to Upgrade

Only Workspace owners can perform the upgrade.

1. Preparation

Since additional member fees will be charged based on the number of owners and members at the time of the upgrade, it’s recommended to remove any users who you do not plan to retain as owners or members before upgrading your workspace.

Please note that you cannot switch owners or members to guests during the upgrade. For more details, refer to Can I switch owners or members to guests when upgrading a workspace?.

2. Select the Workspace

After logging in, select the Workspace you want to upgrade from the project list.

3. Open [Workspace Plan]

Click [Settings] in the upper right corner of the screen, then click [Workspace Plan].

4. Select a Plan

Choose the following options, review the displayed billing details and important notes, and click [Confirm Payment].

  • Plan

  • Payment frequency (monthly or annually)

  • Payment owner (Workspace or project)

Note: You cannot switch from annual to monthly payments during the annual contract period. For more details, see Can I switch from annual to monthly payments?

Note:

  • If you encounter an error message (Studio Payment Error / StudioSubscriptionRequiresAction) during payment, please try re-registering your card information by following the steps in the workspace payment information setup/change guide.

  • If payment continues to fail after re-registration, please contact our support team by clicking the [?] icon in the bottom right corner of the editor.
