Studio Support Policy | Information for Users Seeking Assistance
Human-assisted investigation and guidance is limited to projects with active paid plans.
Support hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST) (excluding holidays). Inquiries outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
We handle multiple conversations simultaneously, so responses may take some time. Please understand that replies might come on the following business day.
For Business plan users, we aim to respond within 3 hours.
If you accidentally close the chat window, we'll send notifications to your registered email address.
Contact Procedure
Log in to your Studio account.
Open the help menu by clicking the [?] in the bottom right corner of the Studio screen, then click [Contact via Chat].
When the chat window opens, scroll all the way down and click [Send us a message].
Select the topic you need support with, and the Bot will send you relevant help articles. If needed, select [Not solved 💬] and send your message.

Note: If You Cannot Log In to Studio
Please email contact@studio.design using the email address registered with Studio. Including details about your login issue will help us assist you more efficiently. Please note that this email address is only for login-related issues, and we cannot address other inquiries through this channel.
