Steps to Integrate Channel Talk with Your Apps
You can set up the inquiry chat service "Channel Talk" for visitors to your website on your STUDIO site.
What is Channel Talk?
Since its official launch in 2017, Channel Talk has provided a no-programming-needed chat service to over 13,000 companies under the motto "The answer lies with the customer." This customer success service is highly rated for its usability and design, serving a wide range of users from apparel e-commerce to corporate cloud services (B2B SaaS).

Procedure
1. Obtain the Plugin Key
Embedding Channel Talk into your STUDIO site is straightforward. First, create an account on the Channel Talk website and obtain the Plugin Key for chat setup.
Click the settings button at the bottom left of the Channel Desk to access the settings screen.
In the settings menu, click "Chat Setup and Settings" > "Install Chat Button."
Click the edit button next to the plugin name to name your plugin. Enter a name that matches the page or platform you will be using. After entering the name, click "Create New Plugin" to generate a new installation code.
Note: In the "Install Plugin" tab, you can view the codes for Web, Android, and iOS.
2. Apps Integration
Once you have received the Plugin Key for chat setup, open the Apps page in your STUDIO project dashboard.
From the Apps list, click "Edit Channel." A screen to input the Plugin Key will appear, so paste the Plugin Key and save it.
Once the setup is complete, a chat button will appear at the bottom right of your site, allowing users to chat at any time!
