About restricting access to form responses
With Studio.Design's form feature, you can view and manage form responses right from your Studio.Design dashboard.
For members with editor permissions, you can restrict access to form responses. Members with this restriction won't be able to view responses submitted through your published site.
This is useful when you have members who need to edit the editor or CMS but shouldn't have access to form responses. You can also remove the restriction at any time.

Note: About access restrictions after downgrading your plan
If you downgrade to the Starter or Free plan, members with access restrictions will be automatically removed from the project. Consider changing their permissions before downgrading, or re-inviting them as members after the switch.

Steps
Setting restrictions when inviting a member
Click [+] in the top-right corner of the screen and enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Set the invited member's permission to [Editor], check [Restrict access to form responses], and send the invitation.
Changing restrictions for an existing member
Click [+] in the top-right corner of the screen, then click the permission of the member you want to change.
Hover over [Editor] and choose to allow or restrict [Access to form responses]. Your changes are saved immediately.
