While Studio.Design's built-in features let you add forms and manage responses, using the external service "formrun" unlocks more advanced options.

Point: There are two ways to use form features in Studio.Design.
1. Use Studio.Design's built-in form feature
With the form feature built into Studio.Design, you can build forms by combining form parts right in the editor.
・Submitted responses can be viewed and managed in the form dashboard.
・If needed, you can put your response data to use with email notifications for form responses or by connecting to Google Sheets.
2. Embed an external form service
If you need more advanced form features or want to keep using your existing form setup, you can embed external form services like the following.
How to embed formrun
(1) Set up the embed destination in formrun
Allow the form you created to be displayed on your Studio.Design site.
In formrun, open the "Developer > iframe embedded form" menu.
Enter your Studio.Design site URL into the [Form embed URL] field.
(2) Add an Embed box in Studio.Design
Add an Embed box to your screen.
In the navigation, click the add icon.
Click the [Basic] tab.
In the [Embed] section, click the [Blank] embed box.
The embed box will be placed on your screen.
(3) Set the link on the embed box
Apply the link you got in step (1) to the box you added in step (2).
Click the embed box.
On the right panel, select the [Embed] tab. If the right panel is closed, open it first.
In the [Embed code] field, click [Open editor].
On the left side of the [Edit embed code] screen, delete the default text, paste the link you copied from formrun, and click [Save].
If you were editing a published site, update the site. Your changes won't go live until you update.
