Tip: There are two ways to use form functionality in Studio.Design.
1. Use Studio.Design's built-in form feature
With Studio.Design's built-in form feature, you can combine form parts to build your form directly in the editor.
・You can view and manage submitted responses in the Form dashboard.
・If needed, you can also make use of your response data through email notifications for form responses or by connecting to Google Sheets.
2. Embed an external form service
If you need more advanced form features or want to keep using your existing form setup, you can embed external form services such as the following:
How to embed a Google Form
(1) Get the embed link from Google Forms
Create a new form on the Google Forms website.
Once you've finished setting everything up, click [Send].
Select the <> tab and copy the code shown under [Embed HTML].
(2) Add an embed box in Studio.Design
Add an Embed box to your screen.
Click the Add icon in the navigation.
Click the [Basic] tab.
In the [Embed] section, click the [Blank] embed box.
The embed box will be placed on your screen.
(3) Add the link to the embed box
Paste the link you got in step (1) into the embed box you added in step (2).
Click the embed box.
Select the [Embed] tab in the right panel. If the right panel is closed, open it.
Click [Open editor] inside the [Embed code] input field.
In the editing area on the left of the [Edit embed code] screen, delete the placeholder text, paste the link you copied from Google Forms, then click [Save].
If you were editing a site that's already published, make sure to update the site. Your changes won't appear until you update.
