You can embed HubSpot forms into an Embed box in the Studio.Design editor.
Tip: There are two ways to use form functionality in Studio.Design.
1. Use Studio.Design's built-in form feature
With Studio.Design's built-in form feature, you can design forms by combining form parts directly in the editor.
• Submitted responses can be viewed and managed in the Form dashboard.
• If needed, you can put your response data to work using email notifications for form responses or by connecting to Google Sheets.
2. Embed a third-party form service
If you need more advanced form features or want to keep using an existing form setup, you can embed third-party form services like the ones below.
How to embed a HubSpot Form
(1) Create a HubSpot Form
*Studio.Design does not provide support for how to use HubSpot itself. For HubSpot-related questions, please contact HubSpot.
In the HubSpot admin panel, go to "Forms" and create a new form.
Edit the form settings.
Once you're done editing, publish or update the form and copy the "embed code."
(2) Add an Embed box in Studio.Design
Add an Embed box to your screen.
Click the Add icon in the navigation bar.
Click the [Basic] tab.
In the [Embed] section, click the [Blank] Embed box.
The Embed box will be placed on your screen.
(3) Add the embed code to the Embed box
Add the code you copied in step (1) to the box you placed in step (2).
Click the Embed box.
In the right panel, select the [Embed] tab. If the right panel is closed, open it.
In the [Embed code] input field, click [Open editor].
In the editor on the left side of the [Edit embed code] screen, delete any existing text, paste the code you copied from HubSpot Form, and click [Save].
If you're editing a site that's already published, update the site. Your changes won't go live until you update.
(4) Test it out
Try submitting the form on your published site to make sure it works.
If everything's working correctly, the data will show up in your HubSpot admin panel.
