Date input fields (calendar) in Studio.Design forms
Currently, the forms provided by Studio.Design don't include a built-in feature for entering dates.
Workaround
Depending on the third-party service you use, you may be able to embed a form with a calendar feature from that service into your Studio.Design site.
Using the custom code feature, which lets you add your own code to the <head> or <body> tags of your site or individual pages, or the Embed box, which lets you insert code directly, we recommend testing on your own to see whether the third-party form can be embedded successfully.
