Switching between Monthly and Annual plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

If you downgrade, and you have more CMS published items or form answers than the new plan allows, your CMS items will be marked as "Draft", and you won't be able to see your form answers on the dashboard anymore.

If needed, you can upgrade again. Once you upgrade your plan, the new plan will take effect immediately. During payment, the remaining period of your previous plan will be deducted.

Switching from Monthly to Annual plan

You can switch to the same plan or a higher plan at any time.

If you switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan during your subscription period, the remaining monthly fees will be deducted from the annual plan fee.

Switching from Annual to Monthly plan

You cannot switch directly from an annual plan to a monthly plan.

To change a project with an annual plan to a monthly plan, you must first downgrade to a Free plan. Please note that the annual payment will not be refunded.

Cancelling a Monthly/Annual plan

Even after canceling your plan (downgrading to the Free plan), you can continue to use the plan features until the expiration date.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for paid fees.

Downgrading my plan

Plans can be downgraded at any time. Please check here for more information.

What happens to CMS published items and forms when downgrading?

The limit on the number of CMS items you can publish depends on your plan. Please note that any published items that exceed the limit will automatically be set to "Draft.”

Form data stored in the form dashboard will not be displayed when the number of form answers exceeds the limit. Please check here for more information.

Confirming my billing cycle

Starting from the upgrade date, the plan will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis.

(For example, if you upgrade to a monthly plan and make a payment on April 19, 2020, your next payment will be on May 19, 2020.)

You can check this on the bottom left corner of you project dashboard.

If you do not wish to renew your plan, please downgrade to the Free plan before the next payment date.

If you accidentally upgraded your plan

Once you have upgraded your plan, we cannot refund the initial payment even if you immediately downgrade your plan.

Changing currency during subscription

To change the payment currency for a project, you need to cancel the plan first. Once you cancel, you can upgrade to a different currency using an account that supports the desired currency. We do not offer refunds for the fees already paid.

Are there payment methods other than credit cards?

At present, we only accept credit card payments. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not support payment methods such as bank transfers or invoice payments.

Which currencies are supported?

We accept payments in US dollars and Japanese yen.

You can select your preferred payment currency when entering your payment details.

Updating your credit card Information If you need to update your credit card information, hover over the user icon in the top right corner and click "Settings" from the menu that appears. In the settings menu, go to the "Credit Card" tab to make any necessary changes.

Is a separate plan required for each site (domain)?

STUDIO plans are designed for individual projects, not user accounts. This means that each plan only applies to one project. If you want to publish multiple projects with custom domains, you'll need to create and upgrade each project individually.
