Refunds and Automatic Renewal for Project Plans

Refund Policy

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for any plans once a contract has been established.

In Case of Accidental Upgrades

Please note that we do not provide refunds even if you accidentally upgrade your plan.

If You Miss the Downgrade Before Automatic Renewal

Once a paid plan has been automatically renewed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Paid plans are automatically renewed based on the original contract date. To avoid the next automatic renewal, please downgrade to the Free plan before the renewal date. Upon downgrading, your plan will automatically switch to the Free plan on the next renewal date.

Discounts for Remaining Period When Changing Plans

Switching from a Monthly to an Annual Plan

If you switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan during your monthly billing cycle, the cost of the remaining days in your monthly plan will be deducted from the annual plan fee.

Switching from a monthly to an annual plan is only applicable when upgrading to the same or a higher plan tier. For example, switching from a monthly CMS plan to an annual CMS plan or Business plan would qualify. However, you cannot switch to an annual Starter plan.

Upgrading to a Higher Paid Plan

When upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan, such as from the Starter plan to the CMS plan, or from the CMS plan to the Business plan, the new plan will take effect immediately. Any remaining balance from your previous plan will automatically be deducted from the cost of your new plan.
