Adding a Form to Your Studio.Design Site

You can add a form to any page by dragging and dropping a form part in Studio.Design.

Once it’s on the page, you can customize the design in the editor, combine multiple parts, and arrange fields the way you like.

Placing a Form Box

You’ll find [Basic Forms] and [Form Parts] under the [Box] menu in the [Add Panel] on the left side of the screen.

To add one, drag and drop it where you want it on the page, or click to insert it.

After placing a form part, you can edit its fields and design right in the editor.

For step-by-step details, see Editing Forms.

Note: There’s no limit to the number of forms you can create or place on a single page.

Form Settings

Click the [form] label at the top left of your form to open its settings in the [Box Settings] panel on the right.

Form Name

This is the internal name used to manage the form.

Responses in [Form Results] are grouped under this form name.

If your site has more than one form, give each a unique name so you can tell them apart.

Note : You cannot use these characters in a form name : % # ? /

Redirect page

This lets you choose which page visitors will be sent to after they click the [Submit] Button.

You can search for a page by keyword.

If you leave this blank and instead link directly from the[Submit] Button, the form will not work.

Form Items

This shows all the fields in your form. Click a field to open its detailed settings.

For more on editing fields, see Editing Forms.

Notifications & Responses

Click [Set Up Form / View Responses] to open the dashboard where you manage form responses.

From there, you can:

Deleting a Form

If you have [Owner] or [Billing Owner] permissions, you can delete forms from the dashboard. This action can’t be undone.

To delete a form:

  1. In the editor, delete the [Form Box] from your page.

  2. Go to the [Forms Dashboard].

  3. Select the form you want to remove and click [Settings] in the top-right corner.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click [Remove all responses and settings of this form].

Note : If you see [Delete All Responses and Settings.] instead, it means the [Form Box] for the form still exists on a page. Remove it from the editor before deleting.

Before permanent deletion, you’ll be asked to type the form’s name to confirm.

Once entered, click [Initialize Form] to complete the process.
