1, Go to "Forms" in the HubSpot admin page and create a form.

2, Configure the form

3, After you submit the form settings, publish/update it, and copy the "embed code".

4, Select Blank Embed box from the Add panel and paste the "embed code."

Please check if you can submit the form successfully in the published site.

If it works properly, you can see the submitted data in the HubSpot admin page.
