  • Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

  • To prevent misuse, you can’t create a new account using the same email address. If you need to re-register for any reason, please contact our team at contact@studio.design.

Tips:

If you’re not the only Owner and you don’t transfer billing before closing your account, the site and preview will stay active until the scheduled downgrade takes effect.

  • To hide the site earlier, unpublish it manually.

  • If another Owner becomes the new Billing Owner, they can cancel the scheduled downgrade.

3. Review and Stop Template Listings

If you have templates listed in the Studio Store, they will be automatically delisted and their live previews will be made private when you close your account. We recommend removing your templates in advance.
