About Advanced Permission Controls
Advanced Permission Controls allow you to set detailed operational restrictions for editor members. This feature is available for projects on Business plans and above.
Advanced Permission Controls is a permission restriction feature for editor members in Business plan projects and above. You can restrict four types of operations, with publication settings only available in Business Plus plans.
Note that no restrictions are set at the time of member invitation; you'll need to configure these in the dashboard after invitation.

How to Set Permission Controls
Tips: Only owners or payment owners can modify permissions.
Access the [Members] tab from the project dashboard
Click on function restrictions for each editor member and select the items you want to restrict
Settings are applied immediately
Important Notes About Downgrading
When downgrading your plan, editor members with permission restrictions may be removed from the project.
Please check and modify permissions as needed beforehand. Note that editors without restrictions will remain in the project after downgrading.
Handling of editors with permission restrictions:

Downgrading to Business Plan | • Editors with publication restrictions will be automatically removed from the project on the plan change date • You will be notified of this during downgrade scheduling |
Downgrading to Personal Plan or below | • Editors with any restrictions will be automatically removed from the project on the plan change date • You will be notified of this during downgrade scheduling |
