In past cases, ChatGPT-related extensions have frequently been reported as the cause. The extensions below have been reported so far:

If you're using any of these extensions, follow the steps below to disable them and check whether the issue is resolved.

Click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, then select [Extensions] > [Manage Extensions].

Click the toggle in the lower right corner of each extension to turn it off. Disable the extensions one at a time and try the action that triggered the issue.
