This issue is typically caused by one of two things: either the site hasn't been updated, or the CDN cache is still refreshing on the new infrastructure. Follow the steps below to identify which one applies and how to fix it.
If the issue persists after trying the steps below, click the [?] icon at the bottom right of the editor or dashboard to reach out to us through chat support.
Cause 1: The site hasn't been updated
After a site is published, any changes you make in the design editor appear immediately in the live preview, but they won't show up on the published site until you update the site separately.
How to fix it
Click [Publish] in the top right of the editor.
In the publish panel that appears, click [Update].
Cause 2: The CDN cache is still refreshing on the new infrastructure
If your published site infrastructure is the new one, it can take a few minutes for changes to appear after you publish or update the site. This happens automatically, so you don't need to do anything.
Also, if you've opened the site in a browser before, the old version may stick around for up to 24 hours.
How to check your published site infrastructure
Open the project dashboard for the site.
Click [Project Settings] in the menu on the right side of the screen.
If [Published Site Infrastructure] shows [New Infrastructure], your site is published on the new infrastructure.
How to fix it
After updating the site, wait a few minutes and then reload the page on the published site.
If the page still looks the same, try opening it in an incognito (private) window.
If the incognito window shows the latest version, reload the page again in your regular browser.
If the published site still shows the old version after trying the steps above, click the [?] icon at the bottom right of the editor or dashboard to reach out to us through chat support.
Cause 3: The content was updated in Studio.Design CMS
If the content you updated is managed through the CMS dashboard (such as articles or announcements shown in a CMS list), the item may not appear due to its publish status.
How to fix it
See CMS items aren't showing up on my published site and check the publish status of the CMS item.
