This guide outlines the steps and notes for purchasing templates from the STUDIO Store.
1. Purchase Flow
To use a template for free, please log in to STUDIO.
To purchase a paid template, you will need to register further payment information (credit card information).
Go to the detail page of the template you wish to purchase and click the "Buy" button in the upper right corner.
If you are not logged in at this point, a new registration/login screen will appear.
For paid templates, you will be taken to a confirmation page for your purchase information. Furthermore, if your payment information is not yet registered, please register it by clicking the "Register Payment Information" button.
Finally, click the "Pay" button. The project will start up as it is, and when the message "Thank you for your purchase" is displayed, the project is complete.
2. Payment Methods
STUDIO Store accepts payment by credit/debit card.
Currency ($, ¥) depends on the country information at the time of credit card registration. Exact billing information will be displayed on the Purchase Information Confirmation screen.
3. Usage Flow
A project is created at the time of purchase. The STUDIO account logged in at the time of purchase becomes the "owner" of the new project. The owner who purchased the template cannot leave the project.
There is only one project available per purchase. Projects started from a template cannot be "duplicated".
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Inquiries
We do not accept cancellations or refunds for template purchases.
Please check the contents of the template by using the "Try in Editor" or "Preview" and carefully read the information on the confirmation screen before purchasing.
Buying and selling templates on STUDIO Store is a transaction between the template designer and the buyer.
Please contact the template designer directly for any inquiries regarding the purchased template. You can contact the template designer by clicking the "Email" button on the template designer's detail page.
5. Receipt
You can download it from the email notified at the time of purchase.
The email address entered at the time of purchase will be listed on the receipt that can be downloaded from the notification email. It is not possible to change the information on the issued receipt.
6. Email Notification
An email notification will be sent to your purchased STUDIO account as soon as your payment is confirmed.
If you do not receive an email, the reason may be that it is in your spam folder or your mailbox is full.
