Here we summarize the common reasons for not receiving notification emails from STUDIO Form.
Are you able to view the submission on your dashboard?
If you tested your form either through live preview or on your published site and it is not showing up on your dashboard, it could mean the form itself is not working.
Please check the following
Did any errors appear on the screen after submitting the form?
Are you able to click the "Send" button? Are there any boxes overlapping the button?
Did you create the send button using the "Button" parts? (Normally, you cannot create buttons with submit function using boxes)
Are the emails going into your junk folder?
If the emails are going to your junk folder, please make sure to adjust your email settings.
For example, if the sender is STUDIO <email@example.com> turn the setting on for "Do not send to junk mail".

Are you using the Google Groups mailing list feature?
Notification emails will be treated as spam, depending on the security level for the mailing list. Then, you will not be able to receive it.
If you are using Google Groups, please adjust the settings for "Group Junk E-mail Settings". Then try resubmitting the form.
