If you're not receiving form notification emails, here are some common causes and how to fix them.
First, check whether the responses are showing up in your dashboard. This will help you narrow down the cause.
If the responses aren't showing up in the dashboard either, the form itself may not be working.
If the responses are in the dashboard but only the emails aren't arriving, the issue is likely with the receiving email settings.
Check whether the form itself is working
If notifications aren't showing up in either the form dashboard or your email, check the following:
Make sure no error message appears on the screen after the form is submitted.
Make sure the submit button is clickable and that no other box is overlapping it.
Make sure the submit button is created using the "Button" part. A regular box won't work.
Check that the thank-you page after form submission is set up correctly.
Check your receiving email settings
If responses are arriving in the dashboard but the email notifications aren't, check the following:
(1) Check your spam folder
Check whether the notification emails are landing in your spam folder. If they are, set up a filter so they aren't filtered out in the future.
Turn on the "Never send to Spam" setting for emails from Studio <noreply@studio.site>.

(2) Check your Google Groups settings
If you're using a Google Groups mailing list, notification emails may be treated as spam and not delivered, depending on your security level.
If you're using Google Groups, adjust the "Group's spam settings" and try submitting the form again.
(3) Check your email forwarding settings
If you've set up forwarding from the form's notification address to another email address, make sure the forwarding is working properly. If there's an issue with the forwarding setup, review the settings and try submitting the form again.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact chat support using the [?] icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Tip: When suppression is the cause
Studio.Design's form notification emails use a system called email suppression. If the receiving mail server rejects an email, future emails to that address are stopped automatically.
If suppression has occurred, it needs to be lifted on our end. Please reach out to chat support for help.
