Q. Can I use a domain acquired by another company?

A. Yes, STUDIO allows you to easily connect your own domain acquired by another company.

Q. Do I need to prepare a rental server separately?

A. STUDIO prepares its own server, so there is no need for the user to contract for the server separately.

Q. Can I use an email server at STUDIO?

A. Unfortunately, we don't offer an email server. Therefore, please use an external email server service and make the necessary settings on your DNS server.

Q. Can the site be transferred to another person? (Is it possible to export site information?)

A. It is not possible to export the site information in the server and move it to a server other than STUDIO, but it is possible to invite multiple accounts to the project created with STUDIO and operate the site as a co-editor.

Q. How much is the initial cost and annual cost when using STUDIO with the above contents?

A. STUDIO offers three plans that you can use (all prices include tax).

In addition, you can specify each payment method as a monthly payment or annual payment.

We do not charge any fees other than the following plans.
